Corkstamp
For establishments

Your wine list works hard.
It just doesn't remember anything.

The printed list goes stale the week after it comes back from the printer. Guests loved something last visit and can't remember which bottle it was. Your staff spend every Friday night re-explaining the same pours to the same tables. And none of it leaves a trace you can use. Corkstamp turns your list into a passport your guests carry - and your program into data you own.

What changes for your room

Guests come back to finish what they started.A passport half-full of stamps is a standing reason to return. Progress at your venue belongs to your venue.
By-the-glass and reserve pours get ordered more. When every pour is collectible - a stamp, a rating, a seal - the interesting half of your list stops being the risky half.
You finally own your guests' preferences.Who loves North Fork Pinot, who works through your whites chapter by chapter - captured with the guest's email, in your database, not a platform's.
Your floor staff carry less of the load.Every bottle's story, price, and the guest's own history sit in the guest's hand. Staff pour and recommend instead of reciting.
The list updates in minutes, not print runs.Change a price, add the new arrival, retire the empty bin - live everywhere immediately, from a dashboard, by you.

What you get

The network, stated plainly

A guest who uses Corkstamp at another venue arrives at yours with an account that already works and a taste history that already means something. Joining your list is one tap, not a form. That's the whole cross-venue promise: lower friction in, nothing about your program shared out. Your lists, your branding, and your guests' activity at your venue stay yours.

Same app. Entirely your brand.

Two venues, one platform - each passport reads as the house's own.

How it works for you

  1. Send us your list. A spreadsheet, a PDF, the printed menu - whatever you have.
  2. We import and brand it. Your wines, chapters, prices, logo, and colors, set up with you.
  3. You go live on your subdomain. A table card with a QR code is all the launch it needs.
  4. You run it yourself from then on. Prices, new bottles, seals, staff - all from your dashboard. We stay a message away.

Questions venues ask

How long does setup take?
Days, not weeks. Most of the time goes to getting your branding right; the list import itself is same-day once we have your spreadsheet.
What happens to our guest data?
It's yours. Guest activity at your venue - contacts, tastings, ratings - is exportable by you at any time and is never shared with other venues. If you leave, you take it with you.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on the guest's own phone. Signup is a name and an email - no password, no app store.
How do we update the list?
From your dashboard: edit a wine, change a price, toggle a list on or off. Bulk changes re-import from a spreadsheet and update in place. Live immediately.
What are we responsible for?
Keeping your list current and putting the QR card where guests can see it. We handle the hosting, the accounts, and the plumbing.
